This is so sad, I'm crying. I love it, very beautiful written!

At some point I was wondering, if there would be some ending were Harry is near Draco, reading the later with him and afterwadrs leaving for heaven or something like that.

But I like your ending as it is! Made me cry anyway. ^^;
